Update 30/5/21: hasn't worked the last few times I've tried it. Just says "No Internet Connection" (Pixel 3a, latest Android 10 OS). Works on my iPhone, though 2 documents keep failing to download (image.png and ss02.pdf). Good app when it works!

App is not responding
This app wouldn't load on Android and just left a "wait" graphic spinning as my phone got ever hotter!
Failed completely to update the guidelines. 264 updates and after 20-30 minutes still on the first! Uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. However it now refuses to start! Now reinstalled again and it has installed and updated.
App doesn't move past loading page, therefore completely useless currently (will rereview once updated)
I am disappointed. The app is not loading in any of my android phones. Was once a really helpful app, now completely useless. Hope there is a fix soon.
Easy to access with lots of information of the Trust 's guideline
Can you please tell me how to get download as failed many trials.. It was working then suddenly stopped and I removed the app and re-download it but cannot get any file
Out of sudden the app has stopped working. Very poor app.
